Overview
Use Alpha
E-Mail Notification to announce the arrival of emails on an Alpha
or BetaBrite message center.
This application
is a productivity tool for email users who have to be away from their
desk. Alpha E-Mail Notification monitors the Outlook
and Outlook Express email inbox and displays new messages
immediately on one or more Alpha or BetaBrite message center(s). Important
email gets handled more responsively.
Alpha
E-Mail Notification also has a manual trigger to send email to
a readerboard. When important email arrives, it can be sent to readerboards
so that everyone can see it. This makes it a great tool to keep a
production team or sales team informed.
Alpha
E-Mail Notification is easy to install, configure and use. The
program is currently being beta tested and is being offered at no
charge.
Alpha
E-Mail Notification communicates with Alpha message centers via
RS232 or RS485 protocols.
Alpha
E-Mail Notification has been tested and validated on Windows®
95, 98, 2000, and NT platforms, in conjunction with Outlook 97
and Outlook Express. It communicates with any Alpha or
BetaBrite message center, and it has been optimized for one-line models.
